Writer in Residence

Service Description

Ten sessions delivered over a school term, the writers in residence program is ideal for schools who want to give their students an edge. Writer in Residence is designed to stretch high achieving small groups of up to eight students in their writing skills. Julie guides students through the creative process, writing styles, genre, industry expectations, authorship, and more. Students are then supported to create publication-ready work and produce industry-standard submissions. To book this 10 week service, please select your preferred day and time in week one of the term you require and one of our friendly team members will contact you.

Cancellation Policy

Circumstances beyond the control of either party which prevent the booking from taking place (i.e. flooding or illness) will be rescheduled at no cost. | Keynotes and residencies: Free cancellation up to 28 days before. Cancelling 28 days - 7 days beforehand incurs 50% charge. Cancellations within 7 days require full payment. | Workshops and freelancing: Free cancellation up to 7 days before. Cancelling 7 days - 24 hours beforehand incurs 50% charge. Cancellations within 24 hours require full payment.
