Freya was 10 years old during the 2020 lockdown and used the time to pursue various creative pursuits including painting and pottery. 

 

Her painting of a firefighter battling a blaze was completed during the lockdown and influenced by the catastrophic bushfires of the 2019-2020 Summer.  

 

Freya was a finalist in the George’s River little artist prize, the Peace Prize Poster competition, and the Nagoya Art exchange.
